Our pedagogical team is composed of:

• a leader / diploma social pedagogue
• 14 educators
• a trainee in the in-service training to become a kindergarten teacher
• a student of social work

Our team is supported by interns who are in training to become social assistants or educators. Often we also have an FSJ at our disposal. Some of the educators also have an additional qualification in remedial education, the remedial teacher, further training as a parent companion, the children's exercise leader or various preliminary training. All of these experiences flow into our pedagogical work.

The number of educators employed varies and is always based on the number of children enrolled.

Our technical team is composed of:

• 2 cooks
• 2 housekeepers
• 1 janitor (on approx. 2 weekdays)
